L\u00e9ger<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Le jury a d\u00e9crit Mathieu L\u00e9ger comme un conceptualiste et un minimaliste de renomm\u00e9e internationale, dont les cr\u00e9ations et les interactions avec ses publics nombreux et vari\u00e9s invitent les gens \u00e0 une compr\u00e9hension plus pouss\u00e9e de l\u2019identit\u00e9 personnelle et collective. Il puise \u00e0 m\u00eame l\u2019histoire, la science et la po\u00e9tique son \u00e9laboration d\u2019une r\u00e9ponse inform\u00e9e et contemporaine aux voyages de la vie. M. L\u00e9ger a fait preuve de leadership au cours de d\u00e9cennies de collaboration avec IMAGO, l\u2019Association des groupes en arts visuels francophones (AGAVF), la Galerie Sans Nom, CARFAC Maritimes et le minist\u00e8re du Tourisme, du Patrimoine et de la Culture du Nouveau-Brunswick. La vaste port\u00e9e de sa pratique artistique ambulatoire, conjugu\u00e9e \u00e0 son engagement \u00e0 faire participer le public n\u00e9o-brunswickois \u00e0 l\u2019art de la cr\u00e9ation, a apport\u00e9 une contribution importante \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me culturel de la province.<\/p>\n<p>La Fondation Sheila Hugh Mackay tient \u00e0 remercier les cinq membres du jury de 2021 pour leur \u00e9tude professionnelle de chacun des dossiers de candidature.
