Comme le notaient les examinateurs, dont Suzanne Hill et Michael Landry, M. Peters a suffisamment \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu comme \u00e9tant un peintre accompli, et qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 finaliste national en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tition artistique RBC. Tant la qualit\u00e9 technique de son \u0153uvre et ses ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents scolaires r\u00e9fl\u00e9chis lui ont valu d\u2019\u00eatre un artiste cr\u00e9dible. Il apporte une concentration intellectuelle \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude de l\u2019art et fait preuve d\u2019une focalisation mature dans la pratique de son art. <\/p>\n<p>Ce jury applaudit la conception qu\u2019a M.
