Sa ma\u00eetrise des formes sculpturales n\u2019a d\u2019\u00e9gal que l\u2019innovation dont elle fait preuve dans les textures et les techniques d\u2019\u00e9maillage. Elle explore la tension qui existe entre la masse produite, la fabrication traditionnelle \u00e0 la main et la fonction industrielle. La personne qui a propos\u00e9 sa candidature, Shannon Merrifield, d\u00e9crit la trajectoire de Maya Padrov comme \u00ab le parcours d\u2019une artiste d\u2019envergure mondiale \u00bb.
