Stathbutler Artist Thaddeus Holownia Receives Lt. Governor’s Award in Visual Arts
Thaddeus Holownia was presented with the Lieutenant Governor’s Award for High Achievement in Visual Arts at a gala ceremony at Government House on Monday, November 2nd. Her Honor Madame Jocelyn Roy Vienneau, Lieutenant Governor of New Brunswick, noted that the province is infinitely richer for his commitment, spirit and talent. His constantly evolving work is a source of inspiration, challenge and beauty. She praised his significant contributions to his community as a teacher, publisher and mentor.
