Board Director Jocelyn Jean Sadly Missed
It is with great sadness that the Board of Directors of the Sheila Hugh Mackay Foundation acknowledges the passing of our honored member Jocelyn Jean.
For us, he was a great visual artist, a respected educator and a wise counselor. He was an inspiration and guiding force in the ongoing development of the Foundation.
