Central to the Sheila Hugh Mackay Foundation’s mandate is the support of excellence in all forms of visual art. SHMF’s Career Development Program aims to to assist artists reach their creative potential at many stages of their career development through a variety of funding opportunities.
SHMF invites applications for the following 2021 Career Development Programs:
Fred Ross Scholarship
Sheila Mackay Advanced Studies Scholarship
Margaret Woodson Nea Mentorship
In 2021, with respect for the complex travel restrictions necessitated by the pandemic, SHMF will not offer an International Residency Scholarship.

Applications for the Fred Ross Scholarship and the Sheila Mackay Advanced Studies Scholarship must be post marked by March 15, 2021. Application details can be found on our Apply page.
