The Sheila Hugh Mackay Foundation is proud to provide a fair and impartial adjudication process for both its awards and scholarship programs. Evaluation of all nominations and applications is done by independent juries of arts professionals. Juries are convened with the assistance and recommendations of national and provincial government, educational and professional agencies. Impartiality is insured through the use of formal conflict of interest disclosure procedures. Our jury process was reviewed by Canada Council in 2009.
The Foundation reserves the right to refuse nominations and applications that do not meet the published criteria or submission deadlines.
